SHIPPING POLICY
All orders (via Website or WhatsApp) follow a pre-booking process. Delivery of pre-booked products will take approximately 45 working days from the date of the booking to be dispatched from our store.
RETURN POLICY
We do not encourage return or refunds for any of our products as we take utmost care in ensuring high-quality standards for all our products.
However if any customer has received damaged or defective clothing, they can initiate a refund or exchange request within 12 hrs of product receipt with an opening video proof.
Please note that the received product must be unused and unwashed.
